Digitally restore damaged or faded photos and documents to their original condition. We can erase time and years of wear and tear, restore color, improve vibrancy, replace backgrounds, remove people and much more. The restored digital image is then saved onto a CD, DVD or other digital device for safe storage, sharing and printing – and your original photo is returned unharmed.

How it works:
- Bring your print or digital file that needs restoring or repair into our store. Our expert team will give you an estimate based on the time needed to restore your image before they begin.
- Your original prints and photographs are scanned and digitized so they can be restored with image enhancing software like Adobe Photoshop.
- Once the image is repaired – we save a high resolution copy to digital media like CD, DVD or USB drive.
- Your original image is returned in it’s original state along with the repaired digital file.
- Use the new digital file to order prints and creative products OR share the file with family or friends.
- Note: Every restoration is different and requires different skills and time. We will provide a free no obligation quote before beginning any work.
Pricing: Restoration
LIGHT RESTORATION: $45
For lightly damaged originals with up to three minor repairs outside of major areas.
MEDIUM RESTORATION: $75
Includes ONE of the following: restore one major area of repair, color restoration of intact photo,
add/delete one person in a group photo, colorization of intact black + white photo, or change background.
MEDIUM-HEAVY RESTORATION: $95
When neither medium or heavy would be the appropriate category due to additional work necessary on a medium photo.
Light restoration plus additional service such as colorization or change background.
HEAVY RESTORATION (1-2 Subjects): $120
For heavily damaged originals with more than 3 major areas of repair, photo repair and colorization,
add/delete more than one person in a group, or colorize and restore black + white photo.
GROUP-HEAVY RESTORATION (3+ Subjects): $155+
For heavily damaged groups with more than 5 major area of repair, heavy photo repair and colorization,
or add/delete more than 3 people.
We keep your treasures safe and local.
We never recommend shipping away family archives, treasured photos and irreplaceable home video movies. It’s too risky. Fleetwood The Print Refinery has been professionally preserving memories with archiving and scanning services in Knoxville for over 30 years.

We can also do fun things like remove a subject (or more!) from an image, change the background, create a composite from one or more images and a host of other things you've probably not even thought of.
